El Paso, Texas-- Gloomy start to your Saturday. We will remain under cloudy skies all day and winds will stay calm. Slight chance of rain later this afternoon for El Paso and Las Cruces. Skies begin to clear tomorrow, but the strong winds will also make a return. Expect west winds from 25-30 MPH and Gusts of up to 45 MPH. Strongest of those winds will be felt on the east side and northeast part of town.
