The winds will pick up Thursday with gusts around 40 mph and perhaps some patchy blowing dust and sand during the afternoon and evening. The winds will gradually settle Thursday night.

Our next storm will bring much cooler air and rain chances for the weekend. Temps will drop to the 60's for highs Saturday and Sunday along with rain chances around 30%.
