The winds are expected to pick up again Wednesday with gusts a bit less than Tuesday. Gusts Wednesday will likely hit around 40 mph. The winds and the cooler air in place will make it feel colder throughout the day.

The winds will settle Thursday through the weekend with lots of sunshine.
