Happy Halloween! Nothing spooky about today's forecast. The region will start out mostly cloudy and dry by this late this afternoon the clouds will exit the area. The Sacramento Mountains and Hudspeth county could see showers and thunderstorms this afternoon. High temperatures will reach the 70s today, but chilly so trick-or-treaters bundle up.
