SWAT team responding to ‘barricaded subject’ in El Paso’s Lower Valley
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- The SWAT team is responding to a situation on the 8100 block of Josephine in El Paso's Lower Valley.
Police officials say the SWAT team was called out in response to a barricaded subject.
