3-year-old dies after drowning at Camp Cohen Water Park
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) - El Paso Fire officials confirm the death of a 3-year-old child after he drowned at Camp Cohen Water Park Saturday.
Police were called out to the park in Northeast El Paso Saturday just after 5 p.m. to investigate a toddler who was unresponsive in a pool.
First responders took the child to a local hospital where he died early Sunday morning.
Crimes Against Persons detectives are investigating the events leading to the drowning.
Police say no charges have been filed at this time.
