Three New Mexicans arrested for abusing, killing person with developmental disability
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- Three people were arrested by New Mexico law enforcement officers for allegedly abusing and neglecting a 38-year-old woman with developmental disabilities. The victim died after she was taken to University Medical Center in El Paso.
New Mexico Attorney General Raúl Torrez and the state's FBI office are providing an update Thursday. The chief of New Mexico State Police will also be there for the update.
