Riverside standout Angel “Speedy” Munoz signs with New Mexico State
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- One of the best high school football players in the Borderland last season will continue to play football in the Borderland.
On Monday, Angel "Speedy" Munoz officially announced via his instagram that he had committed to play with Jerry Kill at New Mexico State next season.
Speedy later told ABC-7 he has officially signed with NMSU and travelled up to the school on Sunday.
In his senior season for the Riverside Rangers, Speedy passed for more than 900 yards with 11 TDs, while rushing for 662 yards and another 10 touchdowns.
