Chapin’s RB/QB standout Daveon Singleton announces commitment to UTEP

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- Chapin High School's Daveon Singleton becomes UTEP's first commit of the 2026 class.

Singleton recorded a total of 1,724 all purpose yards his junior year and has a total of 4,199 all purpose yards in his three years at Chapin.

This is a huge grab for UTEP football.
