Asheville police seek woman accused of child sex crime

    ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — Asheville police are asking for the public’s help in finding a woman wanted for several offenses, including a child sex crime.

Natasha Edgerton, 25, has open warrants for statutory rape of a child, two counts of larceny to remove/destruct/deactivate a security device, and two counts of misdemeanor larceny.

Police describe Edgerton as a black female who’s 5 feet 2 inches tall, 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
