The next several days look good with sunshine and some high clouds. Temps will stay in the low to mid 80's. Winds will kick up later Wednesday and Thursday with gusts near 40 mph.

Rain chances arrive this weekend along with cooler temps. Temps could dip in the upper 60's. Rain chances will be around 20-30%.
